A selection, not an inventory; the working herbarium runs far wider than one page. These are the plants most often in Sadie's hands.

On sourcing

Plates marked gathered by Sadie hold plants she collects or grows herself, in the places she lives and works. Resins such as frankincense and myrrh come through the region's age-old trade routes. Wild plants are gathered sparingly and responsibly (several desert species are threatened in their highest habitats) and never taken from protected reserves. The herbarium grows as trusted botanicals prove themselves and new ones earn their place.

The Approach

Gentle by principle,
thorough by habit.

Skin reflects the whole person: diet, climate, stress, season. Sadie's consultations begin with the person, not the product.

Plant-based, always

Every treatment is built on herbal and plant-resin preparations: formulations free from synthetic additives, chosen for their gentleness on skin.

One skin at a time

No two complexions are alike. Each programme is tailored after an unhurried, face-to-face assessment of your skin, history and habits.

Honest expectations

Natural skincare rewards patience. Sadie explains what botanical care can realistically achieve, and when a concern needs a doctor instead.

About Sadie

Three decades of hands-on skin care.

Sadie Jones Khaled is a natural skincare specialist with over thirty years of experience caring for skin across London and the Gulf. Trained in London in the 1980s, she built her early career in private practice in the capital, where she developed a loyal and international clientele.

Her reputation for discreet, meticulous care led to long-standing engagements with private clients in the Middle East, and in the mid-1990s she moved to Dubai. There, in the Jumeirah district, she worked with several established clinics before opening her own practice, which she ran until 2019.

Throughout her career, one conviction has held steady: that skin responds best to patient, natural care. Her work brings together herbal remedies, botanicals she gathers on her travels, and decades of practical experience into a calm, holistic approach to lasting skin health.

In their words

A few notes from clients in London and the Red Sea.

Thank you, Sadie, for coming into my life. If I had not met you, I would still be having the same problem. I used to feel so embarrassed being in a picture, seeing my skin in the mirror. Now I no longer have to feel like that, and that is all because of you.

Before You Ask

Common questions

The things most people want to know before getting in touch. Anything else? Just ask.

Where do consultations take place?

Sadie divides her year between London and Sharm El Sheikh and sees clients in both. For established clients she is also happy to travel; much of her career has been spent visiting private clients at home.

Do I need to prepare anything for a first visit?

Come as you are, ideally with clean skin and no make-up if you can. A list of the products you currently use, and any medication or diagnosis relevant to your skin, helps Sadie build the fullest picture.

How quickly will I see results?

Honestly: in weeks, not days. Natural skincare works with the skin's own renewal cycle, so most programmes are reviewed over six to twelve weeks. Sadie will tell you at the first consultation what is realistic for your skin, and if she doesn't think she can help, she'll say so.

How do I book, and what does it cost?

By email: there is no online booking, deliberately, because the first conversation matters. Fees depend on the programme and are discussed openly before anything is agreed.
